VC Detailed Properties was officially formed in July of 2010 to follow a lifelong passion. In 2007 I began buying, renovating and selling single family homes while employed at a fortune 500 company full time.
Having been a student of Real Estate most of my adult life, my philosophy is simple. Perform quality work, give good value and most of all, helping others achieve their home buying goals.
Most of our projects have been purchased by 1st time home buyers starting a life together. Whether you’re a first time home buyer, upgrading or downsizing, nothing is more gratifying to us than to have someone walk thru one of our projects, fall in love with the property, and envision themselves living there or starting a life together.
The home buying process can be a very stressful period, even for the experienced buyer. We try to take as much of the worry and uncertainty with making the purchase, away from buyers by paying attention to every detail, focusing on top quality, and performing the renovations as they were being done for ourselves. Buyers can move their furniture and clothes into one of our homes worry free.
We specialize in purchasing distressed properties from banks or estates and properties in need of extensive renovations. All projects have updated plumbing and electrical systems performed by licensed plumbers and electricians, along with renovated kitchens and baths, alarm system, new windows and casings, baseboards, lighting, cable – internet – phone jacks in several rooms, and laundry hookups.
